Return Policy
Just a quick note about Lost & Found… We are a small business run by husband and wife team of Jon and Dee. We want you to love our brand and the products you buy from us and will absolutely accept returns if things aren’t quite right for you. However, we would urge you to please check sizing charts which feature on every product we sell so that we can keep returns to an absolute minimum.
28-Day Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@lostandfoundclothing.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
